Commit Message

Uses WASM rollup to fix Windows ARM64 builds

Overrides rollup with @rollup/wasm-node which is platform-independent.
This avoids native module resolution issues on Windows ARM64 where
bun fails to install platform-specific optional dependencies.

Removes the ARM64-specific CI workaround step since it's no longer
needed with the WASM-based rollup.
