Add Lorenz v2.0 experiment results and fix CTRNN overflow

Run the 6-condition Lorenz experiment protocol (base/products/product-agg
× 3-output/z-only, 3 trials each) with per-node evolvable time constants.
Results confirm that fixed tau was the dominant bottleneck: z-only
correlation improves 50-80%, MSE improves 30-60%, and 3-output x
correlation now matches Julia (0.81-0.92 vs 0.84-0.96).

Fix OverflowError in eval_genome caused by numerically unstable CTRNN
outputs when dt/tau >> 1 for nodes with small time constants. Extended
the NaN/Inf guard to also penalize outputs with abs(v) > 1e10.
