fix: Address PR review comments

- Make decodeLightningInvoice consistently async (Promise<T> interface)
- Fix Swagger path annotation: /api/v1/lightning/decode -> /lightning/decode
- Regenerate OpenAPI spec with corrected path
- Update lightning decode unit tests to await async method
