* feat: Add L402 paywall disable flag and version endpoint improvements (#141)

Add ARCHON_DRAWBRIDGE_L402_ENABLED env var (default: true) to allow
operators to disable the L402 paywall by setting it to false. Previously,
the entrypoint auto-generated a macaroon secret, making L402 always active
with no way to run Drawbridge as a free gateway.

Also fix the /version endpoint to return { version, commit } with the git
commit hash baked in at build time, and fix the package.json path resolution.

* fix: Comment out L402_ENABLED in sample.env to match default

sample.env should reflect the default behavior (L402 enabled). Users
who want to disable it can uncomment and set to false.
