fix: enhances dropdown behavior with window scroll handling (#2767)

- Added a new method to handle window scroll events, ensuring the dropdown position updates correctly during scrolling.
- Updated the position calculations in `_updateYPosition` to use the bounding rectangle of the select container for improved accuracy.

These changes improve the user experience by maintaining dropdown visibility and alignment during scrolling.
