Refactor for test data from aas-core-testdatagen (#2)

We rewrite the development scripts to use the latest aas-core-codegen
0.0.20 so that we can leverage the test data generated by
aas-core-testdatagen. This significantly simplifies the development
pipeline, and makes it easy to migrate the SDK to future versions of the
AAS meta-model.
