sample(sample/33): add example recipe data to graphql mercurius sample

Replace empty mock returns with an in-memory store pre-populated with
three example recipes so the sample is runnable and returns real data.

- findAll respects skip/take pagination from RecipesArgs
- findOneById searches by id instead of returning an empty object
- create generates an id and appends to the store
- remove returns false when the id is not found (previously always true)
