Fix animated resize producing toilet-roll images (#350) (#500)

The manual rounding `int(float64(pageHeight)*scale + 0.5)` can produce
page heights that don't divide evenly into the total image height for
certain scale factors, causing corrupted "toilet roll" output. Using
math.Round provides correct rounding behavior for both positive and
edge-case values.
