Feat/Implementation for creating anonymous posts (frontend focus)

Can now make posts and topics anonymous via graphical user interface.
All posts are non-anonymous by default. Posts that were once anonymous
stay anonymous if the admin forbids making further anonymous posts.
Admins can see who wrote anonymous posts, while users cannot.
