Do not reset the configuration on product selection (#3203)

## Problem

* [bsc#1258032](https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1258032).

When the user selects a product using the UI, the whole configuration is
reset.

## Solution

Keep all the settings except the ones related to the product.

## Testing

- Adapted the new unit test
- Tested manually

3155 of 5221 branches covered (60.43%)

Branch coverage included in aggregate %.

3 of 3 new or added lines in 1 file covered. (100.0%)
