settings profile system (#136)

Add multi-profile support with backwards-compatible migration

    Introduces named settings profiles (default, ...) with profile-specific API keys, URLs, and configurations stored in ~/.capella-console-wizard/profiles/ and profile-scoped keyring entries
    Adds interactive profile management commands: settings profile {create|switch|update|delete|copy|list|show} with optional arguments and smart prompts (e.g., create→configure workflow, rename
    profiles)
    Automatically migrates existing settings.json and keyring to default profile on first run, preserving all user settings while maintaining rollback safety
