test(gauge): close SVG rendering coverage gaps (94.8% → 99.4%)

Add 8 tests covering previously untested code paths: flat badge icon
rendering, icon width offset, width scaling formula, gauge zero-dimension
defaults, threshold marker presence/absence, custom pass/fail labels,
all style×dark-mode combos, and arc geometry stroke-dasharray values.
