Add week overview page to planner showing occupied time slots (#625)

Adds a compact visual grid (7 days x 24 hours) to the planner section
that highlights which time slots have activity groups assigned, stripped
from details. Includes a new backend endpoint, API client method, i18n
translations (en/de/es/fr), and tests.
