Add an option to run ttpforge with just UUID (#598)

Summary:

TTP paths might change over time so automation would be better off relying on UUIDs which are going to be unique.

In this diff, I add a new argument to accept uuid, then the code looks through the entire ttp folder to find the ttp and then executes it.
