Updated Axum, Treesitter, and removed humansize (#23123)

Humansize was replaced with a utility function. 
The two "significant" changes would be:
- The utility function always renders 2 decimal places, even if the
division would have resulted in a whole number
- The utility function stops at GB, while humansize goes up to
yottabytes.
