fix: correct attachedRoutes counting and add TLSRoute listener validation

Fix attachedRoutes counting for routes without sectionName to attach to
all compatible listeners instead of only the first listener. Use
IsRouteAllowedByListener() for route kind and namespace filtering.

Update listenerRouteGroupKindSupported() to recognize TLSRoute as a
valid kind for TLS protocol listeners.

Update SupportedKinds in listener status to report TLSRoute for TLS
listeners.

Fixes #896
