Commit Message

Remove stray pylint config in pyproject.toml (#15717)

In the recently merged #15603 we migrated to using ruff as are sole
Python linting tool in Qiskit. However that PR neglected to remove the
stray pylint configuration in the pyproject.toml. This commit fixes that
oversight and removes this configuration entries from the file.
