fix: resolve BaseDataType/Variant mismatch, fix bitfield encoding, and improve subtype validation

- normalize fieldTypeName to "Variant" only when the data
  type is BaseDataType (i=24); other abstract basic types
  (Number, Integer, etc.) keep their browse name so that
  subtype validation still rejects invalid values

- fix optional-field bitfield encoding: switchBit is now
  initialised to fieldCountToIgnore instead of 0, and
  makeBitField uses field.switchBit directly instead of
  accumulating an offset across the schema hierarchy

- improve checkExtensionObjectIsCorrectScalar in
  ua_variable_impl to walk the schema hierarchy so that
  sub-types of the expected constructor are accepted

- extend IJT test suite with server-side encoding /
  decoding round-trip tests and Union DataType coverage
