fix: use form theme colors for buttons and verification box (#9082)

* fix: use form theme colors for buttons and verification box

- Update floating Save Draft and Issue Feedback buttons to use theme colors
- Update header Save Draft button to use theme colors
- Update bottom Save Draft button to use theme colors
- Update verification box Submit button, background, prefix, and Resend OTP
  to use the form's theme color instead of hardcoded blue
