Drop EOL PHP versions, require PHP 8.2+ and update CI matrix (#74)

* Drop EOL PHP versions, require PHP 8.2+ and update CI matrix

- Bump minimum PHP from 7.4 to 8.2 (7.4, 8.0, 8.1 are EOL)
- Update CI matrix to test PHP 8.2, 8.3, 8.4, 8.5
- Upgrade PHPUnit from ^8.0|^9.0 to ^10.0|^11.0
- Update phpunit.xml.dist for PHPUnit 10 compatibility
- Narrow dependency ranges (json-api-client ^2.0, illuminate/support ^10-12)
- Fix PHP 8.4+ implicit nullable deprecations and PHP 8.5 curl_close deprecation
- Bump actions/checkout to v4 and xdebug2 to xdebug

* Fix code style for php-cs-fixer v3.94

Auto-fix 33 files to comply with updated php-cs-fixer rules
(array_indentation, fully_qualified_strict_types, blank_line_before_statement, etc.)
removed not needed example file
