Fix Android navigation: ensure tabs always return to start page of related tree (#582)

Bottom navigation used saveState/restoreState which caused sub-screens
(like PointDevelopmentScreen) to be restored when switching back to a tab.
Top bar navigation (Stats, Settings, Imprint) stacked screens without
clearing intermediate destinations. Both now use popUpTo(Home) without
saveState, so every tab/action navigates to the root of its tree.
