Fix diary bottom nav always returning to hub instead of restoring sub-screen (#578)

The Diary tab in the bottom navigation uses restoreState which caused it
to restore the previously visited sub-screen (e.g. PositivityDiary) instead
of showing the DiaryNavigationScreen hub. Disable restoreState for the Diary
tab so tapping it always navigates back to the hub.
