Restore full imprint page contents and update library list (#575)

The Kotlin/Compose migration stripped the imprint screen down to just
title, version, contact email, and a license heading. This restores
all original sections (contact with name, license text, data protection,
disclaimers, third-party libraries) and updates the library list to
reflect the current Compose-based dependencies, removing old XML-era
libraries (ConstraintLayout, RecyclerView, CardView, ViewPager2,
LiveData) and adding new ones (Compose BOM, Activity/Navigation Compose,
Room, Coroutines, OpenPDF, DocumentFile, Desugaring). Also updates
outdated versions (SnakeYAML 2.2→2.5, Jackson 2.16.1→2.21, SLF4J NOP
2.0.11→2.0.17, AppCompat 1.6.1→1.7.1, Lifecycle 2.7.0→2.10.0).
