Fix unreadable x-axis labels in PointChart by rotating and stepping (#573)

The PointChart was rendering all 30 date labels horizontally on the
x-axis, causing them to overlap and become unreadable. This applies
the same approach used by SleepGraph, EmotionLineChart, and other
chart components: rotate labels -45 degrees, show only every Nth
label (max ~10), and increase bottom padding to accommodate.
