Fix medication log displaying provision type instead of dosage unit (#570)

The medication log screen showed the raw enum name (e.g., "PILL") instead
of the proper dosage unit (e.g., "mg"). Use Medication.getUnit() which
correctly maps PILL→mg, LIQUID_DROPS→drops, LIQUID_ML→ml.
