fix: Handle root path parse_url results

Make buildPathFromUrl robust by verifying parse_url returns a string and treating '/' (root) as an empty path. If the path is not a string or equals '/', the code now falls back to '-index.html' to avoid producing empty paths for domain-only URLs.
