* docs: standardize README to match portfolio conventions

Rewrite README to match the kinsta-mcp/quire-mcp gold standard:
- Rename title to "Vibe.co MCP Server"
- Add 8 badges (CI, Coverage, CodeQL, OpenSSF, npm, License, Node)
- Add Quick Start with 3 client configs (Claude Desktop, Code, Cursor)
- Add Configuration Reference, categorized Tools/Resources/Prompts tables
- Add full Development section (Setup, Running Locally, Debugging)
- Add Contributing/Security/Support/License footer
- Create SUPPORT.md for community support policy

* fix: include pending formatting and version bump

- Fix Prettier formatting in README.md
- Fix Prettier formatting in http-server.ts
- Bump version to 0.1.0-rc.1
