v0.18.1: Cache JSON-LD schemas and metadata during initialization

Performance optimizations:
- Cache JSON-LD schemas during initialization in post.jsonLd
- Use cached post.image instead of re-extracting from HTML
- Use cached post.wordCount instead of recalculating
- Eliminates 910+ redundant operations per build (455 posts × 2)

Code cleanup:
- Remove duplicate extractFirstImageUrl() from feeds.ts
- Remove unused imports from pages.ts
- Cleaner separation of initialization vs. rendering

Deployment improvements:
- All deploy commands now use incremental builds by default
- Full builds available via build:full when needed
