Address review comments: clarify comments in type-mismatch branches

Update comments in the mixed-type Assume handling to accurately
reflect the actual invariants:
- In the numeric branch: document the deliberate precision trade-off
  of not splitting by concrete type via join_over_types.
- In the bottom branch: remove the inaccurate claim that the checker
  should have caught this case, since CFG-split edges and implicit
  Assumes can legitimately reach this path.
