Fix compilation warnings from Earmark and markdown parsing

- Suppress EarmarkParser smartypants/messages deprecation warnings by
  passing explicit options (smartypants: false, messages: MapSet.new())
  in Blog, Til, and Eve NimblePublisher configs
- Replace Jekyll-style {% highlight elixir %} block with standard
  markdown code fences in functional programming post to fix IAL
  parse warnings

Reduces compile warnings from ~97 to 1 (remaining Plonk.GeneratorConfig
redefinition requires updating the plonk library).
