Fix pool race: set next before CAS (#31, #32)

Set obj.SetNext(oldHead) before CompareAndSwap in Put() and PutBlock()
so the object is never visible as head with an unset or wrong next pointer.
Eliminates reuse-before-clean and double handoff when the pool is shared
across goroutines. No extra atomics or locks; same performance.
