New tests:
- tests/tools/test_audit.py: AuditTool MCP wrapper (4 tests)
- tests/reporters/test_reporters.py: fix_hints, non-AuditResult, grade (3 tests)
- tests/core/rules/test_pyproject.py: FileExistsRule, DirectoryExistsRule, malformed TOML (7 tests)
