Add tests for request cancellation and error handling

- Introduced a new test to verify that requests reject with the provided reason when canceled via a signal.
- Added a test to ensure that the request interceptor correctly propagates rejection errors.
- Enhanced existing tests to cover additional scenarios for request cancellation and error handling.
