Support directory-style relative links and dynamic version

Features:
- Support both ../YYYY/slug.md and ../YYYY/slug/ formats
- Convert to absolute URLs /YYYY/slug/ during build
- Exclude file extensions other than .md (e.g., .pdf)
- Read version from package.json dynamically
- Added 5 new tests for directory-style links

All 332 tests passing.
