feat: set minimum volume value on `play` and `pause` to avoid browser `MediaSession` disruption

recent browsers clear `MediaSession` when playing media volume reaches absolute `0`.

This PR ensures that the volume is set at a minimum value above the `0`, but still inaudible, before pausing a media, so the `MediaSession` remains active.
