fix: return most recent timestamp for price runs (#13)

Update the price change detection logic to capture the most recent
update for a specific price value within a sequence. This ensures the
reported timestamp reflects the last time a price was confirmed before
it changed, rather than just the first instance of that price.

*   Group consecutive identical prices into "islands".
*   Select the latest update timestamp for each price run.
*   Adjust integration tests to assert the most recent timestamp in a
    price group.
