feat: use API statistics for cheapest stations

Use the `statistics` field from the API response to identify the
cheapest fuel stations, removing the need for client-side calculations.

- Update `PetrolFillingStationPopup` header to **LAST UPDATED**.
- Define `Statistics` interface and add it to `SearchResponse`.
- Simplify `FuelPricesLayer` by removing local `useMemo` logic.
