fix: use absolute dist path in process exit test and increase timeouts for slow filesystems

- Use absolute path to dist/index.js instead of bare
  require("node-opcua-pki") — the child process has
  no tsconfig-paths so bare require fails on CI
- Increase child process timeout to 150s and mocha
  timeout to 160s to handle slow WSL/Docker mounts
- Skip on WSL cross-mount (/mnt/) where FS overhead
  makes the test impractical
- Add diagnostic output (active handles, stdout/stderr)
  to aid future debugging
