Android: Fix canListContentURI

Call buildDocumentUriUsingTree only if URI is a tree URI but not a
document URI.

Example of a tree URI that already points to a document:
content://com.android.externalstorage.documents/tree/primary%3ADownload%2Ftest/document/primary%3ADownload%2Ftest%2Ffile1.md

Calling buildDocumentUriUsingTree here is wrong. It would return the parent folder.
