Merge progressive-rebuilds into better-post-vars

Brings in pageDepMap and templateDepMap for transitive dep tracking of
page.js/page.vars and template files. Resolves conflicts by dropping the
now-removed postVarsPages references from the progressive-rebuilds branch
in favor of the cleaner per-page rebuild logic from better-post-vars.

Also takes the improved global.vars comment (fullRebuild needed for esbuild
define substitutions) and the esbuild entry point passthrough handler.
