intel_hex: one more attempt to enforce LF eols also on windows, #288

Seems the mingw windows build fails the test, my guess is that sjasmplus
did produce CRLF eols.

I'm not fully decided whether I should keep that or enforce LF only, but
as a first step I want make sure the test can pass when everything is
set to LF eols and file is opened with binary attribute.
