* Add missing waits after submit actions in all CRUD Maestro tests

After tapping a submit/create button, the tests need to wait for the
UI to update before scrolling or asserting on the new element. Without
this, the scroll can fail because the element hasn't been rendered yet.

Tests fixed: 14 (diary), 16 (food log), 17 (sport log), 18 (medication),
19 (medication log prerequisite), 20 (emergency plan), 21 (emotion pair),
22 (emotion entry).
