feat: add opening times and phone to fuel prices layer (#1044)

* refactor: extract subcomponents in FuelPricesLayer

Extracts `PricesTable` and `AmenitiesList` into standalone components
to improve readability and maintainability of the **FuelPricesLayer**
component.

* feat: add opening times and phone to fuel prices layer

-   Implemented `OpeningTimesTable` to display station operating hours.
-   Grouped consecutive days with identical hours to simplify the UI.
-   Added station phone number to the location information.
-   Updated `BankHolidayOpeningTimes` type definition.
-   Adjusted vertical margins for `PricesTable` for better layout.

- Use `replaceAll` to ensure all spaces in phone numbers are converted
  to non-breaking spaces.
- Extract `keyFor` helper to module scope to simplify component logic.
- Refine types for opening times to avoid `any` casts.
