fix: update release workflow Go version to 1.24 (#192)

The release workflow builds binaries with Go 1.22, which crashes on
Android/Termux with SIGSYS (bad system call).

The crash occurs because Go's os/exec.LookPath uses the faccessat2
syscall (number 439 on arm64) to check file execute permissions.
Android's seccomp filter blocks faccessat2, sending SIGSYS which
kills the process before the syscall can return an error.

Go 1.23 fixed this (go.dev/issue/65243) by installing a seccomp
SIGSYS handler on all GOOS=linux targets (not just GOOS=android),
allowing faccessat2 failures to gracefully fall back to faccessat.
All Go versions prior to 1.23 lack this handler, so any GOOS=linux
binary that calls exec.Command crashes immediately on Termux.

Updating the release workflow to Go 1.24 picks up this fix and
aligns with the go.mod directive. No code changes needed.
