* feat: Pre-populate challenge from URL query parameter (#101)

Reads ?challenge=did:... from the browser URL on startup and queues
it as a deep link, reusing the existing Capacitor deep link pipeline.

* fix: Construct proper deep link URLs for browser query params

Queuing window.location.href caused parsePrefix() to misroute
?credential= links. Now constructs archon:// URLs so both
?challenge= and ?credential= route correctly.
