refactor(core): extract adapters and add experimental api patterns.

- Extracted adapter logic from application.py to new adapters.py module.
- Added experimental package with method-based routing (MethodAdapter) and resource-based routing (ResourceAdapter).
- Refactored JSON handling to use conditional imports (ujson on CPython, json on PyPy).
- Updated multipart import to use python_multipart package.
- Added experimental JSON response helpers with signature-based adaptation.
- Created examples and tests for experimental method and resource adapters.
- Updated pyproject.toml with explicit package configuration and coverage settings.
- Added asgi-cli to dev dependencies.
- Updated tox.ini to include coverage and asgi-cli verification.
- Updated .gitignore to exclude *.cprof files.
