Add autocomplete for activity log fields on Android (#533)

* Add autocomplete for activity log fields on Android

Persons field uses MultiAutoCompleteTextView with CommaTokenizer to
support comma-separated person names with individual suggestions
extracted from previous entries. Location and activity fields use
AutoCompleteTextView with distinct values from the repository.

All platform repository implementations (SQLite, H2, JPA) updated
with findDistinctLocationsByUserId and findDistinctActivitiesByUserId.
