Add joins/association support for filtering and sort on joined tables via named binding (#75)

* Add join filter support for filtering on joined tables via named bindings

* Update V2 Paginator options

* paginate to accept string params in v2_paginator

* Add field aliases and join sort support to Buildable and Sortable
- Field alias syntax {:schema_field, operators} allows API names to
    differ from DB column names, resolving conflicts on joined tables
  - Sortable now supports nested keyword lists for join sorts, mirroring
    Buildable's join filter pattern with named bindings
  - Add flatten_sortable_to_map that preserves operator restrictions
    for join sort fields
  - Add README examples for aliases and join sorts

* Fix credo issues

* Update tag 1.4 for hex release
