Commit Message

fix: update workflow to build Go binary from cmd/ingitdb

The main.go was moved from root to cmd/ingitdb/main.go during project
restructuring. Update the build command to build from ./cmd/ingitdb and
output the binary as 'ingitdb' to match the Dockerfile COPY instruction.
