--hex should work (at least happy days scenarios)

TODO:
- [ ] OUTHEX (similar to --hex but initiated from inside source, can be
started/ended multiple times for more files)
- [ ] SAVEHEX for DEVICE
- [ ] more extensive tests and coverage
- all of these can't overlap, only single writer active because global
buffer array
- longptr does what? (silent truncation of addresses and bytes
emitted? = good enough for first version?)
  - wrap-around in 16b address space? what happens then?
  - common syntax errors/parsing of directives
- everything else about it should be quite bulletproof? look for edge
cases
